Almond Chicken Salad Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, slivered
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • 3 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise


Combine lemon juice, mayo, and salt and blend well. Toss with chicken and celery and almonds. Serve on bread or crisp lettuce.
